Lucy Lou,
About all that is going on around here is "painting". My Mistress got into her head that everything needed a fresh touch. She even painted my closet. Now I can't even find my clean clothes. A fellow needs to change clothes once in awhile without hunting the house all over for his clothes. Talk about a "fresh touch" if she doesn't quit soon I'll not smell too fresh and clean in her fresh and clean house.
Now she is talking about 'redoing' the living room. I let her know in no uncertain terms that she is NOT TAKING MY CHAIR. That's the most comfortable chair even if it's getting a little thread bare in spots. NO SIR, SHE IS NOT GETTING MY CHAIR! I guess I will have to vacate the living room for a week or so. Pretty soon I won't even be allowed in the house. Oh well. My clothes are gone and soon she will be throwing my chair away so I guess I will be next. Whatever happened to the fact that a man is supposed to be the King of his castle? Is sounds like you have it made where you live. I know my Mistress loves me. It's just that she gets these brain storms and you might just as well get out of her way.
I've already had 7 series of Chemo and have 5 more to go. I'm very weak and can't do much. As usual I now have another problem. It's called low red blood cell count. We people have red and white blood cells. I always thought all our blood was red. To tell you the truth I have never seen white blood. What color is yours? Now I have to take more shots. I don't like getting shots. I just wish my Mistress would take them for me, but she put her foot down on that idea. I don't think she likes getting shots either.
I hope your Mistress is soon doing better. I pray for her every day.
I'm too tired to write any more. That is what low red blood cell count does to you. It makes you tired and sleepy so I guess I will take a nap.
Thanks for your Doggy prayers and be careful with that new computer.
Your Friend,
Clayton
WELCOME TO MY DOGGY WORLD!
I'm so excited that you have come to check me out. I'm not just an ordinary dog by any stretch of the imagination. In fact I'm rather special- even if I do say so myself. Not that life has been full of tummy rubs, doggy treats, or juicy bones. You might be surprised though at how much we have in common if you stick around.
