Hello Lucy Lou,
How are things going for you? I am doing some better, but still very weak and tire quickly. I wish I had some of your energy, but then I am sure you are much younger than me.
I saw your Mistress at the Home Coming Dinner. I hope she brought you a "Doggy Bag" home with her. There was some might fine food there. In fact my eyes were bigger than my stomach and I couldn't eat all my food. I could have sent all of that for you with your Mistress, but I just wasn't thinking straight that day. I am sorry. I got so tired that when I got home I slept for 4 hours and don't know if I would have awakened then if Maryanna hadn't wakened me. She thought I needed to eat again, yes, EAT AGAIN. She thinks I have to be eating all the time, but then she worries about me. I ate to please her and went right back to sleep and slept all night. I have gained a couple of pounds.
You wouldn't believe what I saw in your Mistress's car??? A CAT, that's right a cat. It was sitting in the back window watching a mouse hanging in the front window. I think you need to have a talk with your Mistress, but then you don't catch mice do you?
Is Dwight good to you? He seems like a fine young man. He is always so friendly to me. Do you know that he shaved his head one time when I lost all my hair from taking chemo? He didn't want me to feel different. Yes, I think a lot of that Dwight.
Maryanna has been trying to find a new hearing aid. She doesn't hear very well. It seems I am always talking too loud or not loud enough. When she doesn't want to hear me she just shuts that thing off and ignores me. I wish sometimes I could shut her off. She talks tooooo much and it wears me out. Maybe that's why I feel tired all the time. I think I will talk to my Dr about that angle, if I can ever see him without her around.
I am always so very tired. Years ago they had a medicine called Hadical. It really made people perk up, don't know what it would do for dogs. Anyway they discontinued it because it was pure alcohol. No wonder people liked it. That may be what I need is a dose of good old Hadical.
Tell your Mistress my prayers are with her. You just keep her company because you are the BEST medicine for her. Keep yapping prayers for both of us.
Your friend,
Clayton
WELCOME TO MY DOGGY WORLD!
I'm so excited that you have come to check me out. I'm not just an ordinary dog by any stretch of the imagination. In fact I'm rather special- even if I do say so myself. Not that life has been full of tummy rubs, doggy treats, or juicy bones. You might be surprised though at how much we have in common if you stick around.
